Gold mica tape is a strip- or roll-shaped insulating and fire‑resistant material made by using gold mica paper as the base material, fiberglass cloth or thin film as the reinforcing material, and organic silicone resin as the binder. It can be used in standard fire‑resistant wires and cables, as well as in wires and cables with high temperature resistance requirements.

Features:

▪ Pure natural mica
▪ Stable temperature resistance
▪ Good flexibility

Temperature resistance:

▪ 750–900°C

High flame retardant low smoke halogen-free belt is on the basis of ordinary halogen-free belt to join different kinds of refractory powder, such as ceramic powder and clay, so that it has the performance of ordinary halogen-free belt at the same time also has fire resistance. The high flame retardant and low smoke halogen-free belt will form a hard shell on the surface when it is burned in case of fire, which greatly improves the fire resistance of the flame retardant belt.
Polyester (PET) film Polyester film is a film material made of polyethylene terephthalate as raw material, which is extruded into thick sheet and then stretched in two directions. It is a colorless, transparent, glossy film with excellent performance, rigidity, hardness and toughness, puncture resistance, friction resistance, high temperature and low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and good air tightness, is one of the commonly used barrier composite film substrates.
